These products are licensed digital content packages. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before fulfillment begins, as long as no files have been delivered and no license rights have been exercised.
Once fulfillment begins or licensed materials are delivered, all sales are final.
If there is a fulfillment error, Inspired Chapter will work to correct the issue promptly. If a refund is issued in an exceptional case, all license rights connected to that transaction end immediately and use of the materials must stop.
